Access tokens or refresh tokens required to maintain the authorized connection

We use authorized account information only to operate ReadyReply features, including:

Creating and scheduling business posts or Pins
Linking published content to ReadyReply Studio product pages
Confirming whether publishing succeeded
Displaying basic publishing or account status
Maintaining authorized platform connections
3. Data Sharing and Sale
ReadyReply does not sell personal information or social account data. We do not share authorized platform data with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Information may be processed by the third-party platforms you choose to connect and by service providers strictly as needed to operate ReadyReply.

4. Data Storage and Security
Credentials and access tokens used by the ReadyReply social publishing system are stored only as needed to maintain authorized connections. We take reasonable measures to protect stored credentials and limit access to authorized systems.

5. Data Retention
We retain authorized account information only for as long as necessary to provide the connected functionality. You may revoke platform access at any time through the relevant third-party platform. When access is revoked or no longer needed, associated credentials may be deleted from ReadyReply systems.

6. Your Choices
You may disconnect a social platform from ReadyReply at any time. You may also revoke ReadyReply’s access through the privacy, security, or connected-app settings of the applicable third-party platform.

7. Third-Party Platforms
ReadyReply may connect to services such as Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, or other platforms. Use of those services is also subject to each platform’s own terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ReadyReply features change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
